SENATE BILL 45

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "health insurance policies" and insert in lieu thereof "public or private health insurance or coverage".

    2. On page 2, line 5, strike "health insurance policy" and insert in lieu thereof "public or private health insurance policy or coverage plan".

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
